Can help you have a shorter active labour, and lowers the chance of an assisted (ventous) or operative (caesarean) delivery

Can help alleviate antenatal & postnatal depression

Fun and relaxing and frees you from the weight of your pregnancy

Exercises to heal your body after the stress of giving birth, helping to tone and strengthen your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles
